The Government has distanced itself from everything

WHERE IS THE GOVERNMENT?

When the CWG scam broke out, the Government distanced itself from the Organizing Committee. Later, as details of persons and institutions involved in the scam came out, the Government distanced itself from the DDA, CPWD, the Sports Minister, the CM of Delhi NCR/UT, the various babus and companies involved. Later, when the 2G scam broke out, the Government distanced itself from the Telecom Minister, the ex-Telecom Ministers, the DMK, TRAI, BSNL, MTNL, private telecom companies, Kanimozhi, Dayalu Ammal, Rajati Ammal, Sun TV, Kalaignar TV, Aircel, Maxis, et al. The Government also distanced itself from Adarsh Society, Chavan, Deshmukh, Patil, Shinde, the Army and the Navy. This was followed by the Government distancing itself from Jaitapur, the CM of Maharashtra, DAE, NPC, Areva and the people of Konkan region. And lately, the Government has distanced itself from whatever has been happening with/to Anna Hazare, Baba Ramdev, Sibal, Sahai and all others involved in the events over the past couple of weeks including the Delhi Police (who do not seem to be under Government control – methinks they got autonomy in VI CPC!).

The Government having distanced itself so much (especially from the reality in the nation),finds itself in the distant Midway Island. The PMO also joined the Government in distancing itself from all the sundry events, personnel and institutions and now finds itself in Tahiti (of course, under the care of Areva). The Congress which has been distancing itself from its BS (black sheep) members is now in the Capitol (for the ignoramuses, this is a building in Washington DC equal to our Parliament House) and SG plus extended family is put up in the White House annex. So you get the picture, our country seems to be under the influence of the US and France (the Russians are gone, the Russians are gone!). And what about governance – not required as we are headed for anarchy anyway!
